Sima's Birthday!!

Sima had been waiting for this day for months! She is one of the youngest in her class and every time someone had a birthday in school she would say my birthday is in the summer. Then when summer finaly came, she was saying my birthday is in two weeks. Today was the day!

Last night before I went to sleep, I put the bike we bought her as a birthday present next to her bed. Well, that might have been a mistake. She woke up around 5:30am and came running to tell me that she has a big bike!
In the morning she had another surprise! When the mail came, there was a letter for her from her Bubby with a gift card for Toys R Us. Yay! After a beautiful davening and saying her new kapitel of tehilim we were off to go buy her a helmet for her new bike. While there the girls had a fun time trying out all the cars!

We found her a helmet, then went to our next stop. She had requested hot dogs for supper just like Mushka had by her birthday so we bought hot dogs, buns and french fries in honor of her party.

We came home and Sima right away went to try out her new bike with her new helmet. She loved every minute and did great!

We then got everything ready for her party. When Tatty came he had a surprise... Balloons!

We said the Pesukim, and gave tzedaka.

Throughout the day the phone didn't stop ringing with calls from her grandparents, uncles and aunts and they all got to hear all about her birthday.

All in all she had a great birthday! What a fun day!
